New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu hailed 2017 as a year of great promise in the state while vowing to double down on the policies that he says led to those gains.
Sununu looked back and forward during his first State of the State address Thursday before a joint session of both houses of the New Hampshire Legislature.
