Despite all the build up and all the pomp, it turned out to be nothing more than a theatrical presentation for the ignorant masses. A scheme meant to redistribute billions of dollars annually from the control of the people who earned it into the hands of governments and bureaucrats so they could manage the weather in hopes of obtaining a best case 0.05 c degree “improvement” in about 70 years.
That’s a statistical “nothing burger,” to borrow a political term from Queen Hillary.
