Rich talked to Thomas Frischknecht for Is Our Children Learning.  Thomas started by explaining how he became involved in the Charter School movement.  He spoke about a mismanagement of funding, his assistance in the revitalization and growth of the nationally recognized Academy for Science and Design and more.
