Blogline of the Day – Not if you have a job
“Society has decided that honest opinions should only come from retired people.”
Because those that get offended, pretend they’re offended, or those that want to get you politically will otherwise try to ruin your life and if you are retired, there’s not much they can do to ruin your livelihood. Continue reading
11 Items to ask on a Conservative first date
Love Kurt Schlichter – he writes like Mark Steyn and Steve Mac Donald! Anyways, there was this third wave “intersectional” feminist, Lara Witt, that put out a list of questions that ANY self-respecting feminist must ask of her beta male date right off the bat.
Methinks that she’ll end up an old spinster or I’ll pity her future husband forever. Oh, wait, no I won’t because he will have voluntarily chosen his own personal hell for the rest of his life. Here’s one example. “How do you work to dismantle sexism and misogyny in your life?”
Here’s Schichter’s list – 11 Things Every Real Conservative Should Ask On A First Date Continue reading
Net Neutrality Freaking Out the Dumb and Ignorant
So most of the dumb and ignorant are freaking out because Net Neutrality was demolished by FCC Chairman Ajit Pai. I say these people are dumb because most of them, if not all, totally think Trump is among the worst sorts of people. You know, like a fascist, tyrant, dictator, etc. Net Neutrality was (hee hee was!) a government regulation governing Internet services. The same government currently run by said fascist, tyrant, dictator. Doesn’t it make sense that if you really think Trump fit those characterizations that you wouldn’t want him in charge of regulating Internet services (on which so much information flow) where he can make all sorts of fascisty, tyranty mischief? Seems, odd if you do. So either, those people really don’t think Trump is one of those things, or they don’t understand what Net Neutrality is. Which is it? Are they liars or just incandescently ignorant and want to remain so and prefer to tantrum instead?
Speaking of tantrum.
Check out this MSNBC host getting it hard from someone who knows what he’s talking about regarding Net Neutrality, a former FCC commissioner. The host starts getting angry because he knows he’s getting destroyed by facts that run contrary to his dogma and that darn #$^! Trump!
An appeal to you people freaking out: Please click on the link and watch the video. If not for me, for yourself. The world will not end because Net Neutrality is no more. Just breathe… in… out.. relax.

Concord Monitor Believes Govt is Entitled To Our Money?
The Concord Fishwrap has a piece from the AP on the tax package going through Congress right now with the loaded title: “Tax Package would lower top tax rate for wealthy Americans.” As if that’s all it does. Not that I am surprised – the CM is always the Progressive mouthpiece for Marxist class warfare (do wonder what the Publisher pulls down – most likely part of the 1%, but no matter – breaking eggs, omelets and all that). Here’s the line that caught my eye.
Ed Naile: Gentri-coffee-cation
I saw this headline from a story about a coffee shop in Denver that posted “the truth that dares not be spoken” on a poster in front of their store:
“Happily Gentrifying The Neighborhood Since 2014.”
And on the other side,
“Nothing Says Gentrification Like Being Able To Order A Cortado.”
Gentrification is a perfect example of how the entitled consider themselves above criticism when it comes to race in America today. Continue reading
Chris Sununu’s March Toward the US Senate Takes Another Bite Out of New Hampshire
Governor Sununu has just happily signed “an executive order establishing the Governor’s Advisory Council on Diversity and Inclusion, and the formation of a new Civil Rights Unit at the New Hampshire Department of Justice.”
Diversity and Inclusion programs on campuses are responsible for speech codes, infringing on religious liberty and free association, compelled speech, and more. Complete with a disciplinary committee, which in the case of New Hampshire, is the State Attorney General’s office. What could go wrong?
And for what?
The End of Net Neutrality Means Less Than Nothing
The FCC just tossed Obama’s attempt to regulate the Internet. When my daughter asked my opinion I told her, “remember back in antiquity (circa 2015) before New Neutrality? When the internet was a thriving, growing, thing looking for every way possible to get as many eyeballs on its corner of the world wide web?
“It’ll be just like that, and it will keep getting better.”
