The Islamic State magazine that has published tutorials on vehicle, knife and arson attacks as a tool of lone jihad is now encouraging terrorists to acquire guns at shows and shops and take hostages not for ransom but “to create as much carnage and terror as one possibly can.”

The latest issue of Rumiyah magazine, distributed online in 10 languages including English, offers another installment of the “Just Terror Tactics” series, praising lone jihadists including U.S. terrorists who have “set heroic examples with their operations.” More…

When a Selectwoman Challenges the Town of Piermont? – Part 4

It was the actions of Selectmen Stubbings and Subjeck and their refusal to abide by the laws of the state that forced her to file a lawsuit in Superior Court, currently the only place Right to Know complaints about Selectboard’s can be heard. …

After the suit was filed, neither they nor the Town attorneys offered even once to discuss the complaint with an independent mediator – they went right to spending Town money to respond to each and every allegation, requesting and reviewing all the thousands of pages of evidence Selectwoman Mertz had obtained in just the few months since she took office. Flashback: Will We Need A Mistletoe ‘Rape’ Exception?

From Dec. 2014 and the early days of the rampant campaus rape narrative.

If a spontaneous act of Holiday cheer inspired a yule-induced smooch without the presence of a proper “flight plan” filed with the FAA (overseeing violations of personal air space) or paperwork presented in advance to Homeland (responsible for unauthorized ‘border crossings’), unsuspecting recipients (see also victims) could be inclined to charge them with sexual assault seeing as wing-nut Democrats had empowered them to think and do just that. #DyingPaper (Union Leader) Bipolar on State Budget

The Legislature’s part of the process begins with the House passing a budget and sending that to the Senate.  The Senate typically makes changes to the House’s budget and sends it back to the House.  The House typically disagrees with some of the changes and the Speaker and Senate President then name a committee to attempt to resolve the differences.  Once a compromise is reached by the committee, and approved by majority votes in the House and the Senate, that budget is sent to the Governor.

This year, the House failed to pass a budget.  The #DyingPaper’s editorialist, Grant Bosse, blamed a group of conservative Representatives. More…
