CONCORD, NH — A New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week from April of this year was arrested on Friday in Epsom, according to Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey White. Vincente Perez, 55, was arrested on outstanding arrest warrants on May 26, 2017, from both the New Hampshire Parole Board and the Northwood Police Department due to alleged parole violations after being convicted of narcotics offenses, disobeying an officer, and a subsequent driving after suspension charge.
