I know an American with high-level engineering skills that would like to move to Germany. He’s learning the language and everything. But they won’t let him in unless,

1. He has a job in Germany before he moves there.
2. He is not taking that job away from a German citizen.

Maybe he should learn Arabic and say he’s a Syrian refugee?
