Police, the city solicitor, and the state liquor commission investigated and filed a petition with the state to revoke the license, police said in a release Tuesday.

According to the petition, police responded to multiple calls and investigated employees and patrons drinking alcohol after hours, lewdness, indecent exposure, sales of controlled drugs, loud noise complaints and numerous fights outside the business. More…
