A New Hampshire woman pleaded guilty last week to reportedly bilking federal agencies out of more than $100,000 that she was not eligible to receive, according to a court report. Ruth Chandler aka Ruth Patterson, 55, of Charlestown, pleaded guilty in federal court on Friday to one count of Social Security fraud and two counts of Making False Statements, according to a press statement from Acting-U.S. Attorney John J.
