Politicians forbid me from filming a state budget meeting. So I wait right outside to question both perps from the meeting and random state reps about this. None from the meeting act like they know NH RSA Section 91-A:2, II…which reads in part:
“all meetings…shall be open to the public…Any person shall be permitted to use recording devices, including, but not limited to, tape recorders, cameras, and videotape equipment, at such meetings.”
During the hearing, the chair claimed “photography” was not allowed.
