OSSIPEE — A new petting zoo called Jurassic Farm has been opened by Carroll County commissioners on the county’s lower field in Ossipee.

Commissioners hope that the main attraction — giant Siberian goats — will be enough of a draw to prevent the county delegation from selling the land off for condos to wealthy campaign donors.

The county has been trying to figure out what to do with the county farm for approximately a year. Keep Reading…
