Dave Boutin Considers Running for His Old State Senate Seat

Two prominent Manchester-area residents said Friday they are considering running for the New Hampshire Senate seat vacated by the sudden death of Scott McGilvray last month.

Both David Boutin, the Hooksett Republican who held the seat for seven years, and Jim Normand, a Manchester Democrat and former executive councilor, said they will likely decide next week whether to seek the seat. Keep Reading…
