January is the most intense month when nearly all our bills have public hearings. There are three of particular note – HB 1263 would reinstate the annual reporting of homeschool year-end evaluations; HB 1492 expands Manifest Educational Hardship to consider the impact on students; and HB 1650 removes education from the purview of DCYF. | Keep Reading at School Choice for NH

Jeanne Shaheen lies to make political points
The outright lie is that of SCHIP which Democrats demanded be in the spending bill that would keep the Feds open. She LIES when she intimates that her political enemies have refused to fund it; the Republicans added it to the bill (in fact, Democrats have admitted there is nothing IN the bill they oppose). Further, they made it whole for the next six years – a long-term financing offer! | More at GraniteGrok.com

Timberlane School Board Member Compares All Homeschoolers to Horrific Abusers
On Friday, a disturbing post was made on social media by an actual school board member in the Timberlane Regional School district. Peter Bealo, who is listed as “Board Chair” for Timberlane/Plaistow, posted a photo of the horrific story about abuse in California, then tried to attribute that behavior to all homeschoolers. | Keep Reading at GraniteGrok.com
Common Core is a Common Failure

I try to question public officials as they enter a school budget work session. We’re in a school during off hours; there are few students around; as usual I try to avoid filming them. The school principal has unsuccessfully forbidden me from filming her.

Dems Propose Amendment to Seize Half of Businesses’ Tax Reform Savings”
“…nothing is more “Democratic” than the mantra “your money is our money – you just haven’t realized it yet”. They proclaim “why can’t we do this; we are a wealthy country” as if they truly believe that your money IS their money to spend because y’all are all too stupid and dopey to spend it the right way – that is, THEIR way. Case in point…” |Keep Reading at GraniteGrok.com
Ed Naile: Vermont Statewide Voter Database
I have in my possession the updated, current Vermont Statewide Voter Database that the state sends to me free of charge every month.
NH can’t send NH taxpayers our own Statewide Database for the obvious reason – it is loaded with out of state voters names and CNHT would match them and expose them – as we have been doing since 2000.
Think about this next time a politician asks you for your vote. | CNHT
