Left-Wing Terrorism Strikes GA-6 Congressional Race

There is an intense focus on the contest between Karen Handel and John Ossoff, the latter taking in tens of millions in donations (most of which is from outside the district) and now there’s some real ugliness surfacing in the form of terrorism. | More…

6 things your kids use everyday that are filthier than a toilet seat

No matter where your children go, they’re sure to encounter millions of germs. While you shouldn’t be too nervous about the germs (your kids are pretty good at fighting them off) there are some objects you should definitely be aware of.

Germs are a natural part of life and they can actually build up your kid’s immune system, but you might want to consider giving these six things a quick cleaning every once in a while — after all, they are dirtier than a toilet seat. |More…

Differing Perspectives

My husband and I have different perspectives on more than a few things. Money is one of them. It’s not that we are far apart, but as close as we are, we think differently about its function and use in some ways. If that seems vague to you, that’s because it is.

Perspective is a vague, even nebulous topic. Certainly, two people sitting opposite on another will see different things. It is also true though that people sitting next to one another can see different things too. | More…

The #VolinskyConstitution

As usual, I find myself in disagreement with State Senator Jeb Bradley (RINO – Wolfeboro).  More specifically, I think Bradley’s observation that Executive Councilor Andru Volinsky (Communist – Concord) is trying to create political cover for Democrats in the New Hampshire House and Senate to vote against increased spending on kindergarten is wrong.

I think Volinsky believes that he can bluff the Legislature into increased spending on kindergarten, failing which some Democrat lawyer will file a lawsuit along the lines Volinsky has sketched and that New Hampshire’s Democrat-appointed judiciary will expand the Claremont rulings to make “fully-funded, full-day kindergarten” a “constitutional right.” | More…

Michelle Carter Guilty In Texting Suicide Case

TAUNTON, MA — Michelle Carter was more than 30 miles away when 18-year-old Conrad Roy III died in a shopping center parking lot, but her texts to him proved that she failed to act to prevent his July 2014 death, Judge Lawrence Moniz ruled Friday morning.

In a case that has drawn national attention, Carter, 20, of Plainville, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in a bench decision after she waived her right to a jury trial. | More…

Your Town Government – Are You Paying Attention?

The presidential election is over but people are still too busy fretting and fighting over it to notice anything else it seems. CNHT heard little about town meeting outcomes this year. Where is everyone?

A man who once came to one of our events even called town government affairs “small potatoes”.

But nothing could be further from the truth. In NH, your largest tax bill is likely your homeowner’s tax. Your town and school meetings are where they decide to raise and spend the money. |More…
