Police investigate threatening postcards sent to pro-gun NH lawmakers

EPPING — Police said they are looking into anonymous postcards sent this week calling two pro-gun rights Republican legislators “NRA vermin” and threatening their children.

First-term Rep. Sean Morrison, R-Epping, spoke of the postcards on his Facebook page Wednesday night.

“I hope your kid blows a big (expletive) hole in his head with your gun,” said the postcard sent to Morrison. “Cull the gene pool of you NRA vermin. You’re a traitor no flag for you.” | More…

Litchfield Police Investigating Lewd Messages Sent to Girls Via App

LITCHFIELD, N.H. (AP) — Police in a New Hampshire town are investigating lewd messages sent to several underage girls through a social media app.

Police in Litchfield tell WMUR-TV the photos are being sent using the app Snapchat. They said they started receiving reports Wednesday of a man exposing himself in pictures. When the app is on a certain setting, users can be contacted by anyone on the app. | More…

Specifically, the charge was operating an unlicensed money transmitting business. In peaceable retaliation, I’m attempting to call dozens of officials and low-level functionaries who have even the smallest connection to his arrest and continued incarceration. Man convicted of sexual assaults of UNH students in 1980s released

CONCORD — The man convicted of the sexual assaults of University of New Hampshire students in the 1980s was released from full-time corrections oversight on Tuesday, just months ahead of the completion of his decades-long sentence.

Gary Fecteau, who is in his early 50s, was released on parole Tuesday, the Adult Parole Board said. His parole ends on Dec. 17. | More…

A New Hampshire man was arrested Thursday after a submachine gun, knives and other weapons were found hidden in his home, authorities said.

Danny Coutermarsh, 58, of Grafton was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, and a felon in possession of dangerous weapons, New Hampshire State Police said in a statement. | More…
