Judge merges 2 lawsuits challenging New Hampshire voter law
NASHUA, N.H. (AP) — A judge has consolidated lawsuits filed by the New Hampshire Democratic Party and the League of Women Voters in a case challenging a new law that requires voters who move to the state within 30 days of an election to provide proof that they intend to stay.

VT, NH Organic Farmers to Rally Over Labeling Standards
Vermont and New Hampshire organic farmers plan a rally Sunday in Hanover, New Hampshire, to protest what they see as the potential weakening of the national organic labeling standard.
At issue is the labeling of produce grown hydroponically or aquaponically, in soil-free environments.
The National Organic Program, overseen by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, develops organic standards. But it does not presently prohibit hydroponic or aquaponic produce from being labeled “certified organic.” |Read More at the Rutland Herald
