Republicans working to find strong candidate to challenge Kuster

Republicans are already working hard to find a strong candidate to take on U.S. Rep. Annie Kuster in the 2nd District next year, and a familiar name has been circulating.

Republicans have been waiting for a few years for former state Rep. Lynne Blankenbeker to finish her active military career. They’re hoping that when she does, in early January, she will run for the seat. They consider her a potentially formidable challenger for the three-term Democrat. More…
