OSSIPEE — The case of the woman accused of assaulting a police officer and another woman after giving water to dogs she believed were overheating in a parked truck, wrapped up earlier than expected in Carroll County Superior Court on Thursday.
The incident took place May 31, 2016, in North Conway’s Northway Plaza.
Debbie Bethoney, 56, was charged with five misdemeanors: two counts of simple assault, one of resisting arrest, one of criminal threatening and one of simple assault on a police officer. | More…
