Refineries And Oil Rigs Shuttered By Harvey Are Coming Back Online

Oil industry infrastructure that was shut down as Hurricane Harvey ravaged the Gulf Coast of Texas is starting to come back online, Axios reports.

Eight refineries representing 11.4 percent of U.S. refining capacity are beginning procedures to restart, a process that could take weeks or months for each plant to operate at full capacity again, according to a Monday Department of Energy (DOE) report. | More…
