A fatal overdose in Pelham led to the arrest of an alleged dealer after police used the victim’s cellphone to text him, police said.

William Luna was arrested Tuesday afternoon after police set up a sting, officials said.

Police said Luna planned to sell a gram of heroin for $100 to a regular customer, but that customer, a 25-year-old man, died from an overdose Tuesday morning.
