A woman leaving a pharmacy is now in the hospital after being hit by a car that drove into the building, police said.

Around noon Sept. 8, the Rochester Police Department, Rochester Fire Department and Frisbie EMS responded to CARE Pharmacy for reports that a vehicle had driven into the building.

Upon arrival, the driver of the vehicle, Ryan Vansylvong, 22 of Dover, was found to be semi-alert. Witnesses told police he was having a medical event after the collision. | More…
