New Hampshire AG says he won’t join DACA legal action

CONCORD — Despite legal maneuvers by his colleagues, New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon MacDonald will take no action regarding Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA), his office said Thursday.
