Conflicts of Interest in the Queen City’s Charter Breaches

Rich talked about the still raging controversy surrounding the aldermen who breached Manchester’s Charter in voting for contracts in which they had conflicts of interest.  He pointed out that spending was driven so high that the tax cap had to be overridden and shared his opinion that the issue should be referred to the Office of Public Integrity for an investigation. | Segment Page
