School choice: Next steps for NH

We have commended the governor and Legislature for taking a small but important step toward school choice.

The “Croydon Bill” gives local school boards explicit authority to enter into tuition agreements with nearby private schools, without asking state bureaucrats for permission. This will expand options, and reduce compliance costs, for small towns across New Hampshire.

It’s a good step, and we would encourage lawmakers to keep on walking. *| More…
