MANCHESTER — The neighborhood where a 6-year-old boy apparently overdosed is familiar with the opioid crisis.

This alleged overdose is the youngest suspected victim in Manchester, according to Christopher Stawasz, American Medical Response regional director for New Hampshire and Maine.
