Election frauds: Gardner critics use voter data

State parties have special access to the state’s voter database, which they use to target voters likely to support their candidates. But the information is available for anyone to inspect. Access to the full database is limited, but name, address, and party affiliation are explicitly covered by the state’s Right-to-Know law. Gardner is not breaking any rules by sharing it. | more…
