A prisoner who escaped from a sheriff deputy’s cruiser Thursday afternoon has been found, officials said Friday.
Tamara Ipock, 35, was taken into custody at about 11 a.m. Friday in Concord.
Police said they received a tip that Ipock was at a homeless camp on the south side of Concord. She was found in a tent in a wooded area off South Main Street, police said. |More…
