HAMPSTEAD — A Hampstead man has been charged with multiple counts of fraud and forgery in order to obtain Section 8 benefits for tenants in his Lawrence apartment buildings.

Edward Bonaccorsi, 54, was indicted Wednesday by an Essex County grand jury on six counts of forgery, six counts of uttering a forged record and five counts of procurement fraud. | More…
