MANCHESTER — A vigil is planned for today outside the Norris Cotton federal building in Manchester to pray for immigrants facing deportation.
The vigil is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. with a “Jericho Walk” around the building, led by the Rev. Eric Jackson, pastor at Brookside Congregational Church and president of the Greater Manchester NAACP.
