On Wednesday, the New Hampshire GOP uploaded a video in which New Hampshire Senate District 16 candidate Kevin Cavanaugh (Democrat) says he believes Manchester should be a sanctuary city. The question was asked of him during the New Hampshire League of Women Voters “Candidate Night.” Cavanaugh is also a Manchester Alderman in Ward 1.
The irony of Cavanaugh’s answer is that it comes on the heels of the U.S. House of Representatives passing legislation known as “Kate’s Law.” This legislation would impose stricter penalties on criminal illegals who have been deported but re-enter the country again illegally. | More…
