Americans for Prosperity: NH should dump energy-efficiency efforts

A new report from Americans for Prosperity calls for scrapping New Hampshire’s renewable portfolio standards, or expanding them to include nuclear power and low-carbon coal, cutting or eliminating energy-efficiency programs and building the Northern Pass.

    Hey, would the extra cash to “research and develop” partially efficient energy be on TOP of the fees pait to build a “never used” nuclear reactor, and the ongoing “decommission” of it?
