Veteran businessman and higher education executive Rich Ashooh of Bedford was unanimously confirmed by the U.S. Senate Thursday for an assistant secretary’s post in the U.S. Commerce Department.
WMUR confirmed Friday that Ashooh’s nomination was approved without debate to the post of Assistant Secretary of Commerce and Export Administration.
