Arrest made in Franklin death

FRANKLIN — A 26-year-old Franklin man was arrested and charged with second-degree murder in the death of a Mississippi man on Wednesday.

At about 1 a.m., the state Attorney General’s office said that Richard R. Tripaldi II of Franklin was arrested and charged with “alternate counts of knowing and reckless second-degree murder for causing the death of James Brock, 24, formerly of Jackson, Miss. *| More…
