After commenting on a controversy surrounding the Manchester Police Department’s pay raises, Rich spoke about an article that Ovide Lamontagne wrote in the Union Leader, which supports Senate Bill 3.  He shared his strong disapproval of the bill, which would make it easier for out-of-state students to vote in local elections.
