Creating Distrust, Ceding Liberty

There is a bigger problem than who was spying on who and why. It is that the U.S. government appears to be spying on everyone all the time.

All of these things appear to be in direct violation of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution which states, “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, house, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue but, upon probable cause, by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
