The NH House vote on HB1654 this week, to […”prohibit(s) the carrying of firearms or other deadly weapons into the state house or legislative office building. Violations are a class B felony”] gives us a snapshot of the legislators most inclined to deny you your second amendment rights. 

(For those not familiar, concealed and open carry have been permitted in the NH State house and related buildings for years without incident, but the anti-gun crowd hates that, and a recent majority democrat facilities committee ban on the pracitce has casued quite a stir.  Both sides are trying to legislate the ban either out of existence, or to reinforce and broaden it.  But most democrats in New Hampshire tend to be more pro-gun out of a desire to stay elected).

The vote to ITL the bill resulted in 35 Nays, all liberty-denires, I mean left-wing democrats.  Pardon me.  There were 34 democrats and one former democrat, pretending to be a republican, who insists he’s probably more of an independent; Tony Di Fruscia.
